W-2 forms for all employees and former employees were sent out on January 31st. These forms were sent by USPS First Class Mail to the address provided to us on your employment application. If you moved and failed to notify us, your W-2 can be obtained by the following methods.

Get your W-2 by Email:

Email the following information to Kacy Wilson

• Full Name
• The Last Four Digits Of Your Social Security Number
• The Email Address where you want your W-2 sent
• The Restaurant at which you were employed (Webb City, Joplin or Pittsburg.)

A .pdf copy of your W-2 will me emailed back to you. (Adobe Reader required)

Get your W-2 by Fax:

Please fax the following to (417) 782-1767

• Full Name
• The Last Four Digits Of Your Social Security Number
• Return Fax Number
• The Restaurant at which you were employed (Webb City, Joplin or Pittsburg.)

Get your W-2 by U.S. mail:

The only way to get a hard-copy of your W-2 is to send a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE) to Rio Enterprises, LLC Corporate Office.

Send the following information to the address below:
